Cheaper, faster models handle only the mechanical work like parsing a job ad. Every plan gets several passes and the same voice check on export.
The Fable 5.1 writing engine, version history with a diff between versions, and a much larger monthly allotment. Everything else, the feed, the ATS score, the voice check, the company research in cover letters, is the same on both. If you send a few applications a month, Starter is the right plan. If you are applying every week and want the strongest model on every one, Pro.
